About us

About Sahayak

Sahayak works at the intersection of mental health, self-awareness, and leadership development. We help individuals and institutions build emotional strength, clarity, resilience, and healthier ways of living and working.

Our programs are grounded in psychology, behavioral science, and mental health research. We design them to be practical, culturally relevant, and application-ready for institutions.

What We Do

We design and deliver research-backed mental health and self-development programs for:

  • Schools, colleges, and universities
  • Corporates and organizations
  • Leadership teams and educators
  • Young adults and professionals

Our focus areas include emotional resilience, self-awareness, communication, leadership, and relational wellbeing.

Our Approach

Sahayak’s approach is preventive, educational, and psychologically grounded.

We combine insights from psychology, mental health research, leadership studies, and reflective practice to create structured, actionable learning experiences- not surface-level motivation or crisis-only intervention.
